What is the Fall Showcase?

The Fall Showcase is our premier event of the season, designed for both first-year and transfer prospective students. It offers a chance to explore our top-ranked university, academic programs, campus life, and more through a variety of informative sessions and activities.

Who should attend the Fall Showcase?

This event is ideal for first-year and transfer prospective students who want to learn more about our university and explore whether it’s the right fit for their academic and personal goals.

Can guests attend the event?

Yes, family members and guests are welcome. However, due to limited seating in some sessions, guests must be registered in advance. Priority seating is given to students to ensure they have access to critical information.

How can I make the most of the Fall Showcase?

To get the most out of your visit:

  • Attend Information Sessions: Choose from a variety of sessions, though note that you won’t be able to attend all of them due to scheduling. Focus on those most relevant to your interests.
  • Visit the Resource Fair: Meet representatives from academic departments, campus resources, and programs. Ask questions and gather useful materials.
  • Join a Campus Tour: Participate in a 60-minute, student-led campus tour to get a firsthand experience of campus life.

Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, registration is required. Once capacity is reached, we will no longer accept additional registrations. After registering, you’ll receive important details about the event, including early access to the program, parking information, and more. These updates will be sent via email one week before the event.

How do I cancel or modify my registration?

To cancel or update your registration, simply refer to your confirmation email. You'll find a direct link to access your registration and make any necessary changes.

Will food and drinks be available?

We recommend having a meal before you arrive. For your convenience, Blue Bowl will be open from 10 AM to 2 PM. Feel free to bring snacks and a refillable water bottle—water refill stations will be available. Additionally, the Price Center will be open for those looking for more food options.

What should I bring to the Fall Showcase?

We recommend bringing the following:

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear comfortable shoes, a sun hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
  • Notebook & Bag: Bring a notebook for taking notes during sessions and a bag to carry any materials or flyers from the resource fair.
  • Water Bottle: Refillable water stations will be available, so bring a bottle to stay hydrated.

Please note that slides from information sessions will not be provided after the event, so take detailed notes during the presentations.

What time does the event start and end?

The Fall Showcase will run from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Check-in begins 15 minutes before the start of the event, so we recommend arriving early to allow enough time for parking and check-in.

Where should I park, and is parking free?

Parking details, including locations and fees, will be sent via email closer to the event. Parking is not included.

Can I attend the event virtually?

No, the Fall Showcase is an in-person event only.
